The nose is open and deep, with notes of pastry and cooked fruit, almond, biscuit, plum, ash and black tea. On the palate, the attack is powerful, the vinosity reveals itself on a dense, lively and well structured matter. The effervescence melts into the body of the wine and the dosage is imperceptible. The whole, very harmonious, produces a warm, velvety texture with aromas of cooked fruit and brandy. The finish is very long, elegant, salivating, saline, slightly fiery and adorned with the scent of plums.

Nose: the nose is delicate, marked by fine aniseed notes, noble chalky notes brought by the terroir, notes of white fruits as well as fine yeasty touches of brioche.
