A demanding selection Process : From the Winery to our Cellars !

We travel to the vineyards to taste the best of the moment and constantly looking for new wines. We then have a process for selecting a partner wine estate by appellation with which we establish a relationship of trust and we demand a high level of quality in the wine-making process. A certain number of eliminatory criteria make it impossible for a good number of wines to be referenced and distributed by us. The winegrower's commitment to environmentally and sustainable viticultural practices is, for example, a mandatory criteria in order to be listed by us.
