Nose: discreet and light. Vanilla dominates and a roasted impression is also felt. A hint of citrus and spices adds freshness. Palate: dry and light. Aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate and alcohol (without being strong) are the main markers. Finish: long on this impression of vanilla alcohol.

The new rum is left to mature for a minimum of 6 months in stainless steel vats. Full of character, purest expression of the Guadeloupean sugar cane. Easily enjoyable as a Ti Punch. Nose : Exotic fruit, brown sugar and caramel. Body : Fruity, oily and warm. Finish : Long and liquorice after taste
