The colour is an intense carmine red, with a nose developing aromas of flowers (iris, violet) and red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant). On the palate, this wine is very elegant and fine.
Aging: 7 years
Pairing: white meat or stuffed poultry.

This Saumur-Champigny is a model of balance and pleasure. A quaffable wine, round and fruity, with a refreshing finish is the result of a perfectly ripe harvest to extract all the intensity of the Cabernet Franc, which grows on chalky soil. It has already some tertiary and finely spiced aromas. You will find other aromas such as candied fruit, leather, cranberry, strawberry, wild strawberry and macadamia nuts. 

Color : Opaque purple. 

Pairing: A juicy hunk beef.

This Pouilly-Fumé has a very expressive nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits such as blood orange, peach, mango and grapefruit. We also find some aromas of apricot, lemon and a hint of salinity. 

Pairing: Appetizers, seafood, fish, poultry, sushis, white meat and goat cheese.

The nose is condensed at the beginning with notes of white fruits (apricots) and herbal tea (verbena, citronella). After airing, aromas of cooked plums appear.
Aging: + 5 / + 15 years.
Pairing: Roasted lobster with vegetables and a Vouvray butter.
