The style of the wine is very typical of the appellation Chambolle-Musigny which is both fine and elegant with delicate aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and violet. Grand-Puy Ducasse - Grand Cru
For the vintage, this is a particularly rich wine. It is structured and firm with opulent black-plum fruit that gives the wine a ripe character. Dense with supporting tannins, the wine is going to develop well over the medium term.
Chinon "Le Domaine" White - Bernard Baudry
This Chinon Blanc is a charming wine with notes of white fruit and citrus. It is dry but has a nice roundness on the palate which allows it to be appreciated in its youth. A rare cuvée which is greedy and complex and a very fine wine for gastronomy.
Aging: +8 years
Pairing: Fish, white meat, cheese.
Saint Joseph "Cavanos" 75cl
Aging: + 3 / + 4 years.

Nimalaya - Maison Cassagne et Vitailles
The nose is delicate and fresh; notes of small red fruits dominate the first nose, evolving on notes of violet, liquorice and sweet spices.

Cornas « Le Village » 75cl
Ripe black fruits and spices. Powerful finish with long length, ripe and spicy tannins. The grapes are harvested by hand and malolactic fermentation in barrels, with natural yeasts.
