Pairing: Seafood and aperitifs.

The nose is complex and intense. The red fruits are mixed with notes of sweet spices and white pepper.
Aging: + 5 / + 10 years.
Pairing: Pork tenderloin with peaches a la plancha.

This ripe wine offers structure from the Cabernet in the blend but also rich berry fruits with just a hint of chocolate. Its density and acidity give a smooth as well as juicy aftertaste.

Aging: +8 / + 12 years

Pairing: Red Meat.

Final with notes of blackcurrant

The nose is very expressive with aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes, the mid-palate is "velvety" and fleshy, the tannins are present and mature.
A very good substance, a balance between aromatic maturity, finesse, elegance... and a persistent finish.

Pairing: Red Meat, Cheese

For the vintage, this is a particularly rich wine. It is structured and firm with opulent black-plum fruit that gives the wine a ripe character. Dense with supporting tannins, the wine is going to develop well over the medium term.

Roussanne 60%, Sauvignon 40%.

The nose is intense and refined; mineral touches mingle with white flower fragrances such as honeysuckle and iris. Mouthfilling attack with notes of fresh fruits and brioche, elegant finish with tension and great aromatic length.
