This Pouilly-Fumé has a very expressive nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits such as blood orange, peach, mango and grapefruit. We also find some aromas of apricot, lemon and a hint of salinity.
Pairing: Appetizers, seafood, fish, poultry, sushis, white meat and goat cheese.
Château de Parenchère Tradition
This traditional PARENCHERE wine is generally full-bodied, with a very deep colour and pronounced red fruit notes with a long finish. It is also characterised by a good balance of fruit and tannin.

Pairing: Grilled beef steak, Tian of vegetables, Sheep with espelette pepper.
Chinon "Les Granges" - Bernard Baudry
Les Granges has a deep ruby colour with cherry highlights. The nose is fine and pleasant with a nice bouquet of red fruits, raspberry and violet. The mouth is supple and greedy, enhanced by the finesse of the tannins. The wine has good acidity, with fresh strawberry fruits and attractive, light tannins. It has a nice aromatic intensity of crushed strawberry and raspberry. It has a nice finish.

Pairings: Terrine of game, Rabbit with mustard, Roast venison, Beef, pork and lamb offal.
Pommard - JM Bouzereau
Intense color. Red fruit and animal nose. In the mouth, the tannins are still very present. The wine combines power and roundness, typical of the appellation. 18 months in oak barrels (30% new).
Aging: + 8 / + 10 years. Good to drink from now.
Pairing: Red meats, game, cold meats, cheese.
