Château du Hureau "Tuffe"

Original but with a certain charm, The sandy terroir provides this wine with a full intense aroma, and the limestone and clay, its strong body and structure.

Powerful and complex nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant), spices (liquorice and pepper), garrigue (rosemary), leather, cocoa, menthol. Mouth is also powerful and full-bodied with round tannins. A very smooth wine with a beautiful length. Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France. 
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.

Beautifull clear yellow colour, on the nose there is notes of yellow fruits, fresh and well balanced on the palate.

The nose is full of black fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is generous and fruity, with a dense and fleshy body that gives us great pleasure. The finish is long and complex, still with spicy notes that bring complexity to this beautiful wine.

Aging: 11 years

Pairing: small Provençal farcis, veal paupiettes with a hearty sauce, spicy Provençal stew.

Aromas of stewed white fruits, white flowers.

Pairing: fish, white meat, poultry in cream sauce

In the pure tradition of François Lumpp's wines, "Le Pied du Clou" seduces by its impeccable balance between a greedy density and an elegant freshness. The nose evokes blackcurrant, morello cherry and ripe fruit.

Balanced, powerful and generous, our Moulin-à-Vent Gros Vosges can be enjoyed young. But it is after a few years that it will fully express its flavors.

A dry white wine, fruity and lively, but also tender, with a roundness and finesse found nowhere else.
Aging: + 5 years.
Pairing: Fish and shellfish, as an aperitif or starter.
