Cairanne "L'Estevenas"

A refined and complex wine, revealing fruity (citrus, white fruits) and floral (accacia, lime) notes.
Aging: 6 years.
Pairing: scallops, lobsters and grilled poultry

The grand senior among the white wine varieties. Originally from South Tyrol, it shows its exotic and southern side. On the nose it captivates with the scent of wild roses and light notes of honey. A mild acidity makes this wine very powerful and full-bodied. A veritable "extract bomb" with a slight residual sweetness makes this wine very exciting. Highly recommended with goose liver dishes or the classic Kaiserschmarren.

This wine is a great wine of graves with supple tannins, refined aromas of cedar and raspberry, great finesse on the nose and palate, and harmonious aromatic complexity, it is the perfect embodiment of the elegance of the great Graves wines and their longevity.

Pairing: Red meat, Cheese

Complex and intense aromas. Its mouth is defined by an impression of freshness and slightly spritzy. The granitic soil of the vineyard brings more or less mentholated notes to this wine.

Wood aging in older barrels has given this rich wine its smooth patina and generous tannins. The fresh red-berry fruit is all there along with acidity, but the depth and balance of this single-vineyard wine give it such sophistication.

Pairing: Terrine of game, Rabbit, Perdreaux, Roast venison, Shoulder of lamb, Osso Bucco.

On the nose Expressive with aromas of yellow fruit and acacia honey, on the palate The attack is frank, with a nice volume in the mouth, but energized by nice bitters

Pairing:  West Indian chicken Colombo, Shrimps flambéed with Corsican muscatel wine, Baked sea bass fillet.

Powerful approach with ripe fruit that takes on balsamic accents. The grain in the mouth is marked by the limestone but remains delicate.
