Château Potensac

Smooth and rustic wine, black and red fruit and notes of pepper and liquorice. Manual harvesting, traditional and parcel-based vinification. Use of as few oenological products as possible (indigenous yeasts).
Aging: 3-4 years.
Pairing: red meat, cold cuts

A synthesis of finesse and freshness, enhanced by the fruitiness of Chardonnay.
Aging: + 5 years.
Pairing: Seafood and aperitifs.

Fine nose, marked by red fruits. A flattering youthful wine that can also age for a few years. 18 months in oak barrels (25% new).

Aging: + 8 / + 10 years. Good to drink now.

Pairing: Red meats (if young); meats in sauces, cheese (if older).

Do not look for power and demonstration in Malartic-Lagravière. Here, it is subtlety, harmony, a fresh and emotional bouquet and an airy finish that develop.
All the more so as in 2018, the vintage brings an extra soul. Ruby. Sweet, rich, intense, fruit driven, cassis nose, vanilla. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins,
ripe, sweet and big for the estate, juicy with texture, untypical style from here, long.

Pairing: Beef and Venisson

Balanced, powerful and generous, our Moulin-à-Vent Gros Vosges can be enjoyed young. But it is after a few years that it will fully express its flavors.

Very good lenght, fruity and full on the palate.
Aging:+ 5 years.
Pairing: Pan-fried river fish, sea fish in white sauce or hot shellfish.

Rich on the palate, coated with angular, present tannins. A range of black and red fruits, mainly raspberries and violets.
Aging: + 20 years.
Pairing: Vegetables, charcuterie, meats, grills, spicy dishes, game, lamb, soft cheeses, chocolates.

The style of the wine is very typical of the appellation Chambolle-Musigny which is both fine and elegant with delicate aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and violet. Aging : + 4 years / + 10 years Pairing: To be served with white meats or poultry such as guinea fowl or pheasant and of course with a fine cheese platter.
