SANTENAY, Louis Max
Floral aromas of rose, peony, violet, and red fruits such as strawberry or cherry. There is also a nice touch of liquorice. Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes before vinification and complete de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for over 12 months.
Aging: + 5 / + 10 years.
Pairing: simmered red meat, grilled white meat, peking duck and strong cheeses.
