Pleasant and aromatic wine. An expressive nose on the small red fruits. Nice fresh red fruits and delicate spices give a lovely expression of the Syrah. 7 months with 50% in barrels 50% in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: +3 / +4 years.
Pairing: Cold cuts, Grilled meat
This Chinon Blanc is a charming wine with notes of white fruit and citrus. It is dry but has a nice roundness on the palate which allows it to be appreciated in its youth. A rare cuvée which is greedy and complex and a very fine wine for gastronomy.
Aging: +8 years
Pairing: Fish, white meat, cheese.
