Armorik Yeun Elez Jobic

The nose has an aromatic intensity, with medicinal peat notes (camphor, cloves) supported by fruity aromas of bananas, cooked peaches, and pastry (cream pastry). The smoke envelops the palate, while citrus notes add freshness. There is a lovely roundness with a hint of salinity. A persistent finish, iodized and spicy, concluding with a warm wood fire.
