1. How do I find the shop?

2. Where is the Wine Bar located?
The wine bar is in Ta’ Xbiex and is called Baron Max Wine Bar “Les Pirates”.
It is also easy to find on Google Maps.
3. Are all products shown on the Baron Max Wines website always available?
Not necessarily. Some food products may occasionally be out of stock because they cannot be tracked in real time for practical reasons.
However, any product you order online is automatically placed on pre-order and will be delivered with the next arriving shipment.
4. Can I buy cheese online?
Yes. We now work with a temperature-controlled courier in Malta who ensures full cold-chain safety for fresh products.
This service is available only within Malta and not for international shipping.
5. I am an international customer. What can I order?
International customers may order any non-perishable products.
Fresh products cannot be shipped abroad at this time, as we do not yet have refrigerated courier solutions for small parcels.
We are working on solutions for the future.
6. What are the delivery times in Malta?
Delivery typically takes between 24 and 72 hours, depending on availability and courier workload.
If you need an immediate delivery, we are available on Wolt, and we recommend placing your order there.
7. What are the delivery times for international shipping?
Delivery times vary by country and by the courier partners operating in each region.
We do not control international transit times, but we guarantee your order will be prepared promptly and dispatched within reasonable delays.
8. Can products be returned?
Generally no.
We guarantee that our wines come directly from the wineries and have not suffered temperature variations. Returned products would compromise this guarantee.
The same applies to fresh products — no returns are accepted to ensure full cold-chain safety.
9. My bottle is corked. What are the conditions for a replacement?
You must inform the shop immediately upon opening the bottle.
The bottle must be returned to the shop within 24 hours, at least three-quarters full, for examination by our sommelier.
If these conditions are not met, the wine cannot be replaced.
We do not offer refunds. Products may only be replaced with the same item or one of equal value.
10. Can I request access to specific vintages or receive tasting invitations?
Yes, but only if you are a registered member of Le Club Baron Max.
11. How can I place an order with Baron Max Wines?
You can order in-store, online on our website, or via Wolt.
For professional clients, please contact Max directly to open a trade account.
12. I want to work or collaborate with Baron Max Wines. How can I apply?
Please submit your CV in-store or by email, and follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
