This 100% Syrah cuvée is crafted from old vines of Serines massale selection, the original Syrah clone. It features a deep bouquet of very ripe black fruits, complemented by white pepper, showcasing the grapes beautiful maturity along with a spicy and wild nuance, and delicate hints of oak. On the palate, the wine is rich and dense, with a refreshing note of graphite that adds impressive depth. While the tannins are somewhat firm at the moment, they contribute to the wine's overall fullnes.

Store bottles on their side
Storing bottles horizontally keeps the cork in constant contact with the wine, preventing it from drying out and ensuring a proper seal over time.
Keep in a cool, stable environment
A steady, cool temperature helps wines age gracefully. Avoid fluctuations, as they can disturb the wine’s balance and long-term quality.
Away from light and heat
Protect bottles from direct light and excessive warmth, both of which can accelerate aging and alter the wine’s aromas and structure.
