This wine seduces with its charming character, revealing aromas of white fruits and citrus. Although dry, it offers a certain roundness that makes it pleasant to enjoy from a young age. Its terroir is composed of plots of clay-limestone slopes and clay plateaus with flint. The vines are young, aged 5 to 20 years. Extended fermentation over several months takes place in 500-liter barrels and egg-shaped concrete tanks, resulting in a dry white wine.
