Medium-strong, ochre-colouredmustard with seaweed bits. Ideal for enhancing all your fish and seafood dishes, vinaigrette or mayonnaise sauces, this highly refined mustard is prepared with seaweed, which gives it a very ‘marine’ flavour! It can also be enjoyed with meat for the new flavours it brings. Reheat it with a little crème fraîche to make your own homemade sauce. Seaweed mustard goes well with grilled fish or fish cooked in court bouillon. It's ideal for making homemade mayonnaise or as a base for tarts, with white tuna au naturel and a variety of vegetables. Delicious for cooking a fillet of white fish in the oven.
