This whisky is the first unpeated single malt produced in Rozelieures. After a double distillation, this cuvée has matured in old Bourbon and Cognac casks, as well as in new barrels.

Whisky Rozelieures Subtil, Single Malt

The nose is very gourmand, with floral notes of honey, fruits (pear, white grape) and quince jam. It's an inviting and enticing aroma. The palate is very rich and creamy, with prominent vanilla notes. Ripe fruits then emerge, almost in a candied form. The mouthfeel is smooth and coating. The finish is of medium length and remains very gourmand, with notes of melted cereals and gentle spices. This cuvée has been aged in a variety of casks, including old Bourbon and Cognac casks, as well as new French oak casks.
