The nose is delicate, with floral and malty notes. The peat is discreet, masked by a great freshness. The palate is very rich and creamy, marked by the vegetal peat and well-enveloped by orchard fruits, such as pear. The finish is very long, characterized by notes of smoke, pear, and sweet spices. Rozelieures peated single malt whisky is a French whisky produced in the Lorraine region. It is the result of double distillation in copper pot stills and is aged in 200-liter American and French oak casks.
