Our old-fashioned sardines are caught at the peak of the season to obtain the optimum fat content. All the preparation is then done by hand in Brittany, in accordance with AFNOR standards. The preserved tomatoes and herbs are delicately placed at the bottom of the can before the fresh sardines are added. The whole is covered in olive oil to add tenderness to the fish. The combination of these ingredients provides exceptional nutritional value for our health.
