Precise nose, very aromatic (fruity and spicy). The palate is silky. A very elegant wine to be aged. Aged for one year in oak barrels for 18 months.

Floral aromas of rose, peony, violet, and red fruits such as strawberry or cherry. There is also a nice touch of liquorice. Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes before vinification and complete de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for over 12 months.
Aging: + 5 / + 10 years.
Pairing: simmered red meat, grilled white meat, peking duck and strong cheeses.
