A very light coloured wine with silver hue, in the nose you will find some hints of melon, mango and pineapple. In the mouth it is very fresh and crispy and has a bit of sweetness that comes from the muscat..
Pairing: seafood, summer salads and exotic dishes, especially those using coconut milk.

Powerful and complex nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant), spices (liquorice and pepper), garrigue (rosemary), leather, cocoa, menthol. Mouth is also powerful and full-bodied with round tannins. A very smooth wine with a beautiful length. Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France.
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.
