Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France.
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.
