“La Montée de St Ruble” is a great terroir. The high quartz content of sandstone with a low lime content is characteristic. On the nose, its baroque style recalls a ripe vine peach. Mineral notes and an exciting combination of sugar and acid make this wine one of the best representatives of Riesling in Vienna.
