An intense nose, expresses, with a delicate restraint, a lot of complexity and nuances: aromas of black fruits, spices (liquorice) delicately married to more mineral and bloody notes. The final perception is marked by more smoky notes (hearth, soot...).

Powerful and complex nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant), spices (liquorice and pepper), garrigue (rosemary), leather, cocoa, menthol. Mouth is also powerful and full-bodied with round tannins. A very smooth wine with a beautiful length. Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France.
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.
