Nose of stone fruit (apricot, peach), honey and flowers. Hints of sweet spices and toasted dried fruit. Rich and delicious on the palate. The slender finish is marked by the mineral freshnes of the granite, giving this wine great depth.
Aging: + 3/ + 4 years.
Pairing: Fine fish, shellfish and langoustines.
