Clos du Marquis
Medium ruby-red in color, but quite darkly pigmented. Aromas are restrained & introspective, showing red-fruit & coffee notes. Vivid cassis & redcurrant flavors on the palate are supported by fresh acidity. The mid-weight wine has fine, firm tannins. The acidity gives the cassis fruit on the mid-palate an attractive juicy nature. The tannins give grip without being astringent. The finish is long & elegant with tangy black-fruit to the end.
Aging: +28 years
Pairgin: Red Meat, Cheese

Grüner Veltliner, Ried Gollin-Nussberg, 1 ÖTW Lage - 2020
The vineyards of this humid vineyard of the Wiener Nussberg are perfectly supplied with water. Located on a marine beach terrace with Viennese sandstone as a basement, the Ried Gollin presents marine deposits on the surface that have been altered in limestone sand by erosion. The limestone content is very high, which allows to perceive very mineral notes in the mouth. Accompanied by fresh walnut aromas and racy acidity, this wine is a very complex representation of the Grüner Veltliner grape variety.
Sancerre La Montée de St Romble
“La Montée de St Ruble” is a great terroir. Marly soils usually yield round, rich wines, but due to this slope's north-western exposure, the resulting wine is fresh with good acidity and boasts lovely ripe fruit. Its precise aromas and flavors make this wine the perfect match for gourmet meals as well as for dishes with character.
Food pairing: Fresh salad with goats cheese, smoked salmon, or an asparagus risotto.
Riesling Nussberg 2021
The shell limestone in the soil makes the wine an extremely fresh, drinkable representative of the variety. The scent of apricots, vineyard peaches, meadow herbs and yellow blossoms of the dandelion brings early summer into the glass. Followed by a melt on the palate that literally lets the wine melt in your mouth. The acidity is velvety and smooth, just enough to deliver the needed freshness.
Clearly fruit-dominated, classic with apricot, peach, also exotic with banana and slightly green mango. The clear salty minerality from the Nussberger shell limestone and fresh grapefruit guarantee drinking pleasure and freshness.
A perfect accompaniment to trout or cod. Maturity potential, FUN!
