Wiener NussbergWhite / Vienna / Contains sulphites (E220) / Dry / 13, 5%

The vineyards of this humid vineyard of the Wiener Nussberg are perfectly supplied with water. Located on a marine beach terrace with Viennese sandstone as a basement, the Ried Gollin presents marine deposits on the surface that have been altered in limestone sand by erosion. The limestone content is very high, which allows to perceive very mineral notes in the mouth. Accompanied by fresh walnut aromas and racy acidity, this wine is a very complex representation of the Grüner Veltliner grape variety.

Riesling Nussberg 2021 - 2021
Wiener NussbergFuhrgassl Huber
White / Vienna / Dry / 12.5%
0.75L
The shell limestone in the soil makes the wine an extremely fresh, drinkable representative of the variety. The scent of apricots, vineyard peaches, meadow herbs and yellow blossoms of the dandelion brings early summer into the glass. Followed by a melt on the palate that literally lets the wine melt in your mouth. The acidity is velvety and smooth, just enough to deliver the needed freshness.
Clearly fruit-dominated, classic with apricot, peach, also exotic with banana and slightly green mango. The clear salty minerality from the Nussberger shell limestone and fresh grapefruit guarantee drinking pleasure and freshness.
A perfect accompaniment to trout or cod. Maturity potential, FUN!

The king of white grape varieties feels very comfortable there. This wine, which comes from the vineyards Burgstall, Obere Schoß and Preussen, is a really fun Riesling with everything it needs. The shellfish limestone of the soil makes this wine an extremely fresh and drinkable representative of the grape variety.
