Aging: 7 years

Pairing: meat in sauce or game, or with mature cheeses of character and powerful aromas.

A synthesis of finesse and freshness, enhanced by the fruitiness of Chardonnay.
Aging: + 5 years.
Pairing: Seafood and aperitifs.

This ripe wine offers structure from the Cabernet in the blend but also rich berry fruits with just a hint of chocolate. Its density and acidity give a smooth as well as juicy aftertaste.

Aging: +8 / + 12 years

Pairing: Red Meat.

Refined fruity wine with nose of wild blackberry and wild strawberry. This fruitiness is found as well on the palate with a certain roundness and balance with notes of spices. Aged in oak for 6 to 13 months.

Aging : + 7 years.

Pairing : White meat, Light cheese

Both powerful and delicate, with rich black and red fruits aromas during its youth. After some years, it will grow and become more full-bodied. Aging : + 4 / + 10 years Pairing: It will perfectly match red meats, games and cheeses.
