The nose is full of black fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is generous and fruity, with a dense and fleshy body that gives us great pleasure. The finish is long and complex, still with spicy notes that bring complexity to this beautiful wine.

Aging: 11 years

Pairing: small Provençal farcis, veal paupiettes with a hearty sauce, spicy Provençal stew.

The nose is complex and intense. The red fruits are mixed with notes of sweet spices and white pepper.

Pairing: Pork tenderloin with peaches a la plancha.

This traditional PARENCHERE wine is generally full-bodied, with a very deep colour and pronounced red fruit notes with a long finish. It is also characterised by a good balance of fruit and tannin.

Aging: +4 / +7 years

Pairing: Grilled beef steak, Tian of vegetables, Sheep with espelette pepper.

A very nice roundness with notes of hazelnut and acacia honey. Aged for one year in oak barrels (25% new).

Aging: + 2 / + 5 years.

Pairing: fish, white meat, cream sauces.

The varietal aromas of nutmeg and fully ripe grapes make this wine a real taste experience. The fine flavor and the rosy aroma give this wine something exciting and make it a real trend wine that is fun to drink at any time of the year and for any occasion.

Aromas of red fruits with vanilla wood. The palate is round and still a little closed, but with a silky side. Fine tannins, easy to drink.
