Mouth is also powerful and full-bodied with round tannins. A very smooth wine with a beautiful length. Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France.
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.

It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe blackberry, plum, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of bright blueberry. The palate is mineral, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, freshness as well as precision, juiciness, a beautiful finesse of the tension as well as straightness (in finesse). Good length. Tannins are fine, elegant and racy. Very discreet hints of good bitterness (cocoa) and a discreet hint of grilled on the persistence.
