Puligny-Montrachet - 1er Cru - Jean-Marie Bouzereau

A pure delight for this very Mediterranean wine. The wine is racy on the nose, with aromas of spices and cocoa on a background of ripe fruit. The palate is silky and balanced. The finish is generous and round, with good length. A sure value!

Aging: +8 years

Pairing: barbecue, risotto with wild mushrooms, cep fricassee à la bordelaise, rabbit stew.

Complex and intense aromas. Its mouth is defined by an impression of freshness and slightly spritzy. The granitic soil of the vineyard brings more or less mentholated notes to this wine.

This wine is ripe, smooth, balanced, perfumed and already delicious. Wood aging has added to the richness of the wine, which is also packed with red fruits.

Pairing: Lamb, Vegetatian dishies, poultry, goat cheese.

Ripe black fruits and spices. Powerful finish with long length, ripe and spicy tannins. The grapes are harvested by hand and malolactic fermentation in barrels, with natural yeasts.

Beautiful pale yellow gold color with light green and bright reflections. Yellow fruit aromas appear on the nose. Nice length in the mouth, freshness with exotic aromas

Powerful and complex nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant), spices (liquorice and pepper), garrigue (rosemary), leather, cocoa, menthol. Mouth is also powerful and full-bodied with round tannins. A very smooth wine with a beautiful length. Probably one of theh most accomplished blend of Syrah/Grenache/Cabernet-Sauvignon/Carignan/Marselan/Mourvèdre from the south of France. 
Aging: +1/+6 years.
Pairing: Rabbit with prunes, Ham, Ribs, Vils, or for dessert with a blueberry pie.

Intense nose of spices and blackberry with a hint of wood. The wine is dense, straight, elegant, very classy, the tannins are fine, aromatically complex.

Aging: +3 years / +15 years.
