Nose: lively and dry. The alcohol is present without being too marked. We are on vanilla and nuts (almond and walnut). Palate: supple and even slightly mellow. Here it is the caramel that dominates. The balance between alcohol and a relative sweetness is interesting. Finish: dry and offers us once again caramel but also a light touch of citrus (orange).

Nose: scents of fruit and vanilla, but also coffee and chocolate, in a beautiful ensemble that is organised around the finesse of the woody scents. Palate: the vanilla becomes unctuous, and the coffee aromas become stronger, to the great pleasure of the most gourmand. Finish : to end your tasting with a shiver of ecstasy.

With aromas of fresh sugar cane, the smoothest reference of the range has been created especially for mixology. Nose : Exotic fruit, brown sugar and caramel. Body: Fruity, oily and warm. Finish : Long and liquorice after taste

The new rum is left to mature for a minimum of 6 months in stainless steel vats. Full of character, purest expression of the Guadeloupean sugar cane. Easily enjoyable as a Ti Punch. Nose : Exotic fruit, brown sugar and caramel. Body : Fruity, oily and warm. Finish : Long and liquorice after taste

Nose: intense and greedy. Vanilla and honey aromas are detected on a fruity background. Palate: a great suppleness. Floral notes dominate, but the vanilla is also present here. Finish: a very pleasant finish.
