Gigondas 75cl

A classical and harmonious cuvée with fresh, crisp, crunchy grapefruit and lime citrus flavors and a gently herbaceous element adding complexity. There is a mouthwatering, saline minerality to the long finish. Brilliant.

Food pairing: Fish, shellfish, white meats, salads and most vegetarian dishes.

A nose full of citrus fruits and white flowers. A palate with tropical notes of passion fruit.

Pairing: White meats, blanquette of veal, scallops, fish in sauce, cheeses.

This Pouilly-Fumé has a very expressive nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits such as blood orange, peach, mango and grapefruit. We also find some aromas of apricot, lemon and a hint of salinity. 

Pairing: Appetizers, seafood, fish, poultry, sushis, white meat and goat cheese.

Rich on the palate, coated with angular, present tannins. A range of black and red fruits, mainly raspberries and violets.
Aging: + 20 years.
Pairing: Vegetables, charcuterie, meats, grills, spicy dishes, game, lamb, soft cheeses, chocolates.

Beautiful golden color, clear and bright, subtle and expressive nose, with aromas of white flowers, straight, powerful aromatic, complex white flowers and a beautiful note of vanilla, nice roundness in the mouth

Floral aromas of rose, peony, violet, and red fruits such as strawberry or cherry. There is also a nice touch of liquorice. Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes before vinification and complete de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for over 12 months.

Aging: + 5 / + 10 years.

Pairing: simmered red meat, grilled white meat, peking duck and strong cheeses.

Roussanne 60%, Sauvignon 40%.

The nose is intense and refined; mineral touches mingle with white flower fragrances such as honeysuckle and iris. Mouthfilling attack with notes of fresh fruits and brioche, elegant finish with tension and great aromatic length.
