Floral aromas of rose, peony, violet, and red fruits such as strawberry or cherry. There is also a nice touch of liquorice. Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes before vinification and complete de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for over 12 months.

Pairing: simmered red meat, grilled white meat, peking duck and strong cheeses.
Grüner Veltliner, Ried Gollin-Nussberg, 1 ÖTW Lage - 2020
The vineyards of this humid vineyard of the Wiener Nussberg are perfectly supplied with water. Located on a marine beach terrace with Viennese sandstone as a basement, the Ried Gollin presents marine deposits on the surface that have been altered in limestone sand by erosion. The limestone content is very high, which allows to perceive very mineral notes in the mouth. Accompanied by fresh walnut aromas and racy acidity, this wine is a very complex representation of the Grüner Veltliner grape variety.
Château Hostens-Picant - Cuvee Charlotte
Exotic fruit on the nose. Ample and lively on the palate, with with a lot of finesse. Slightly sweet finish.

Pairing: Aperitif, shellfish, cheese, grilled fish.
VOSNE-ROMANÉE "Dame Juliette" - Domaine Armelle et Bernard Rion
Vosne-Romanée Dame Juliette is a feminine and delicate wine, soft in the mouth. It is fruity and spicy, with raspberry, chanterelle mushroom or white pepper aromas. Aging: + 4 / + 10 years Pairing: To be served with veal or lamb, traditionally cooked or even a little spiced.
