A crisp, fresh wine, this 2021 is intensely perfumed with passion fruit, peach, pear and white flowers. Supple, it fills the palate with its roundness that evokes to a taster a fruit foam.

Vosne-Romanée Dame Juliette is a feminine and delicate wine, soft in the mouth. It is fruity and spicy, with raspberry, chanterelle mushroom or white pepper aromas. Aging: + 4 / + 10 years Pairing: To be served with veal or lamb, traditionally cooked or even a little spiced.

The grand senior among the white wine varieties. Originally from South Tyrol, it shows its exotic and southern side. On the nose it captivates with the scent of wild roses and light notes of honey. A mild acidity makes this wine very powerful and full-bodied. A veritable "extract bomb" with a slight residual sweetness makes this wine very exciting. Highly recommended with goose liver dishes or the classic Kaiserschmarren.
