Mont d'or is a soft cow's milk cheese with a washed rind produced in an area in the heart of the Jura Mountains.

Rocamadour belongs to a family of goat cheeses called Cabécous from the southwest of France (Lot region).

Its “typical sheep’s cheese” smell is characteristic.
The feeling of softness combines wonderfully with its “farm” character.
Its texture in the mouth is melting!

Sweet, juicy, melting. Williams is shy and delicate. But what we love about her is her delicate elegance.

This confit of figs with walnuts will go perfectly with a goat's cheese, a Maroilles cheese or blue-veined pasta.
