Château de Parenchère "Cuvée Raphaël"
This cuvée always presents wines of great density and concentration with fine tannins which, while present, are melted and without harshness. They are finely wooded but not excessively so and leave plenty of room for fruit. The Cuvée Raphaël always shows great aptitude for ageing.

Pairing: duck breast with chilli, Camembert au Calvados, Ravioles with ceps and foie gras.
BARON M – Jardin d’Amour
Very clear, bright rosé color with light salmon pink hues. The nose shows delicate aromas of fresh white fruit, melon and peach, with notes of orange blossom. The mouth is fresh, round and delicate.
Pairing : fresh mozzarella-tomato salad, salmon sashimi, grilled veal chops, or fresh mild cheeses
Condrieu "Essence d'automne" 50cl
Complex, intense nose of candied apricot, honey and beeswax, with fine citrus scents. Well-balanced palate with a full attack and velvety sweetness. A fresh, spicy finish.
Aging: + 3 / + 4 years.
Pairing: Fruity dessert or cheese.
