This Cuvée smells of intense fruity aromas and while flowers and it tastes of excellent freshness with a sublte perlage, spicy flavors and dried fruit alternate with a finish of balanced sapidity.

To the eye, a silky robe with disciplined bubbles.
On the nose, a delicate, saline and complex wine with notes of white fruits, spices and dried fruits.
On the palate, a fresh, mineral, balanced and airy wine with citrus aromas. An iodized and peppery finish.

Punchy and precise, with terrific energy and plenty of cut. This is an especially chiseled style for a Pinot-based Champagne. Red berry, mint and wild flowers add beguiling nuance

Nose: the nose is delicate, marked by fine aniseed notes, noble chalky notes brought by the terroir, notes of white fruits as well as fine yeasty touches of brioche.
In the mouth: the mouth is particularly velvety, the bubbles are perfectly integrated, the whole is fruity and very persistent. The whole structure, combining liveliness and aromatic complexity around fruity and beautiful notes of undergrowth of great distinction.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a large table, Saint-Jacques, poultry in cream sauce or pike quenelles.

The nose is open and deep, with notes of pastry and cooked fruit, almond, biscuit, plum, ash and black tea. On the palate, the attack is powerful, the vinosity reveals itself on a dense, lively and well structured matter. The effervescence melts into the body of the wine and the dosage is imperceptible. The whole, very harmonious, produces a warm, velvety texture with aromas of cooked fruit and brandy. The finish is very long, elegant, salivating, saline, slightly fiery and adorned with the scent of plums.

Intense nose of wheat, almonds, bergamot, violets, black tea, nori seaweed.
On the palate, a tender attack, then broad, dense, rich, generous, almost full-bodied, balanced by a discreet dosage.
The effervescence remains in the background and the texture is dense, tight and enveloping.
With a long, fruity, chalky and salty finish.

Pairing: Pan-fried foie gras escalope, roasted scallops from Fécamps, served with crozets and a fish stock emulsion.

In the mouth: in the mouth, the whole is harmonious, very fine bubbles support this structure which is both light and fine and has a long persistence, the fruity and brioche flavours bring roundness and velvet.

Pairing: It will be the perfect accompaniment to your aperitifs as well as exceptional dishes, such as a roasted filet of Saint-Pierre, lobster or poached turbot accompanied by butter.
