an intense complex nose of dark fruit enhanced by spice and liquorice. Clean attack, then evolving into something rich, dense and rounded on the palate. Long, mineral finish. Silky, fine-grained tannins. 18 months in barriques.

Silky and fleshy, this wine delivers a fine juice with round and velvety tannins. It is appreciated from its young age, evoking freshness and finesse.

Pairing: Spit-roasted cockerel, tournedos of pork marinated in thyme oil, duck stuffed with chestnuts, beef skewer and red pepper.

Notes of inky fruit and fine spices accompanied by a fine touch of toasted wood.

Full-bodied and enveloping, its slightly acid flavour does not upset the balance. Dry, warm, persistent and of great structure, persistent and intense with hints of vanilla, sweet spices, licorice and blueberry and blackberry aromas

Red fruit - raspberry and cherry. Medium to light with dry fruit and a clean finish.

An intense nose, expresses, with a delicate restraint, a lot of complexity and nuances: aromas of black fruits, spices (liquorice) delicately married to more mineral and bloody notes. The final perception is marked by more smoky notes (hearth, soot...).

The nose is beautifully fruity. It reveals hints of fruit and spices (curry and white pepper). The palate is gourmand, well done, harmonious, balanced and provides well defined fruity aromas. In the mouth it expresses juicy notes of blackberry, raspberry and cherry notes associated with fig, flowers and vanilla/vanilla flower. There are also well integrated oaky notes on the palate. Good length with a slight salinity on the finish.
