Red fruit - raspberry and cherry. Medium to light with dry fruit and a clean finish.
Aging: + 5 years.
Pairing: Roast pork, simmered poultry, cheeses.

Fine nose, marked by red fruits. A flattering youthful wine that can also age for a few years. 18 months in oak barrels (25% new).

Aging: + 8 / + 10 years. Good to drink now.

Pairing: Red meats (if young); meats in sauces, cheese (if older).

Very good lenght, fruity and full on the palate.

Pairing: Pan-fried river fish, sea fish in white sauce or hot shellfish.

Refined fruity wine with nose of wild blackberry and wild strawberry. This fruitiness is found as well on the palate with a certain roundness and balance with notes of spices. Aged in oak for 6 to 13 months.

Pairing : White meat, Light cheese

Aromas of red fruits with vanilla wood. The palate is round and still a little closed, but with a silky side. Fine tannins, easy to drink.

The tasting reveals an intense colour, which in turn reveals a rich, powerful nose, with a ripe, fruity, even stewed nose, completed by spicy notes.

Pairing: meat in sauce or game, or with mature cheeses of character and powerful aromas.

A synthesis of finesse and freshness, enhanced by the fruitiness of Chardonnay.
