Silky and fleshy, this wine delivers a fine juice with round and velvety tannins. It is appreciated from its young age, evoking freshness and finesse.

Aging: +10 years

Pairing: Spit-roasted cockerel, tournedos of pork marinated in thyme oil, duck stuffed with chestnuts, beef skewer and red pepper.

Complex nose of grilled notes, spices, red fruits and menthol. The mouth reveals a well-structured wine and adds ginger bread to the list of aromas. Vines of 40 to 60 years old, matured in concrete and oak vessels.
Ageing: +4 / +12 years.
Pairing: Duck, goose, game, red meat, cheese

This Saumur-Champigny is a model of balance and pleasure. A quaffable wine, round and fruity, with a refreshing finish is the result of a perfectly ripe harvest to extract all the intensity of the Cabernet Franc, which grows on chalky soil. It has already some tertiary and finely spiced aromas. You will find other aromas such as candied fruit, leather, cranberry, strawberry, wild strawberry and macadamia nuts. 

Color : Opaque purple.

Deep and complex nose, in which the cassis and mint of cabernet sauvignon are beautifully married to the more generous blackberry of ripe merlot and the vanilla and toasty notes from the oak are marvelously integrated. On the palate it creeps up on you slowly; the first impression is ripe yet delicate, then the fine-grained tannins charge through and light up the sky. Very long finish. Drink or hold.

Aging: +25 years

Pairing: Beef and Venisson

Fine nose, marked by red fruits. A flattering youthful wine that can also age for a few years. 18 months in oak barrels (25% new).

Aging: + 8 / + 10 years. Good to drink now.

Pairing: Red meats (if young); meats in sauces, cheese (if older).
