Well-balanced palate with velvety tannins. A rich wine with a natural alcohol content. Nose of red fruit, particularity raspberry, with hints of spice.

Pairing: Veal or red meat.

An intense nose, expresses, with a delicate restraint, a lot of complexity and nuances: aromas of black fruits, spices (liquorice) delicately married to more mineral and bloody notes. The final perception is marked by more smoky notes (hearth, soot...).

Pairing: Parisian duck pie with duck foie gras, selected salads from Montesson

Ripe black fruits and spices. Powerful finish with long length, ripe and spicy tannins. The grapes are harvested by hand and malolactic fermentation in barrels, with natural yeasts.

Pairing: veal or red meat: beef, duck

The first nose reveals an aromatic combination of ripe nectarines and cooked apples wrapped in a more exotic framework of fresh fruits such as pineapple and mango juice.

Pairing: Roquefort and foie gras. Pan-fried duck foie gras, slices of candied pears.

Notes of inky fruit and fine spices accompanied by a fine touch of toasted wood.

This wine is ripe, smooth, balanced, perfumed and already delicious. Wood aging has added to the richness of the wine, which is also packed with red fruits.

Beautifull clear yellow colour, on the nose there is notes of yellow fruits, fresh and well balanced on the palate.
