Champagne Les Quatre Terroirs Pertois-Moriset (Magnum 1,5L)

This cuvée presents a core of Mirabelle plum and
white peach, accented with the zest of grapefruit and lemon sorbet in an approachable and succulent style of generous spice complexity and ripe fruit persistence. Freshness on the finish.

Color of a delicate old rose, fine and delicate bubbles, this sparkling rosé will stand out at parties. Its fruit aromas and fruity flavors also pair elegantly with desserts.

Intense nose of wheat, almonds, bergamot, violets, black tea, nori seaweed.
On the palate, a tender attack, then broad, dense, rich, generous, almost full-bodied, balanced by a discreet dosage.
The effervescence remains in the background and the texture is dense, tight and enveloping.
With a long, fruity, chalky and salty finish.

Pairing: Pan-fried foie gras escalope, roasted scallops from Fécamps, served with crozets and a fish stock emulsion.

Third edition of the 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru cuvée from Côte des Blancs, resolutely woody and offering a lot of complexity. Aged in the cellar for a minimum of 36 months.

A lively, elegant champagne, perfect as an aperitif or at the start of a meal. This champagne is a non-vintage brut champagne from the côte des blancs and the côteaux d'Epernay. 

This Cuvée smells of intense fruity aromas and while flowers and it tastes of excellent freshness with a sublte perlage, spicy flavors and dried fruit alternate with a finish of balanced sapidity.
Aging:Pairing: Shellfish, Crab and Lobster

Aromatic and expressive on the nose, reminiscent of red fruit, mushrooms, fresh cream, and candied raspberries. It is serious and structured on the palate with a very long, vinous finish and tons of umami. A creamy mousse and food-friendly acidity are complemented by light tannins on the finish.

Pairing: Poached langoustines with peppers, pumpkin emulsion, pan-fried chanterelles. Scallops from Erquy prepared in carpaccio.

This Champagne Blanc de Blancs penetrating bouquet, elegantly constructed, with spices and citrus fruits, supported in the background by notes of fresh grapes. Dense on the attack, the wine becomes full-bodied, open and loose on the finish with chalk and a hint of salt.
