On the palate, the salinity takes over and harmoniously matches the voluptuousness of the wine. Aged for 10 months in casks on fine lees. Soil: Acid brown soils from Villé schists. The sommelier's advice: Open 30 minutes before serving.

Located on a marine beach terrace with Viennese sandstone as a basement, the Ried Gollin presents marine deposits on the surface that have been altered in limestone sand by erosion. The limestone content is very high, which allows to perceive very mineral notes in the mouth. Accompanied by fresh walnut aromas and racy acidity, this wine is a very complex representation of the Grüner Veltliner grape variety.
