The winemaking process involves gentle pressing and a combination of stainless steel and oak barrel fermentation and aging. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a measured use of new oak (around 20%) to integrate the oak influence without overpowering the delicate fruit aromas and flavors.
